Ran 2 miles down to the park and back! It was nice because it wasn’t as hot now that the sun went down. I should eat back some of my calories, because I have a HUGE deficit, I might have a chocolate chip muffin, and a half cup of ice cream or a protein shake.

Today was a good eating day. :3 

I started tracking on MFP again, and today I finally tracked an entire day! I’m still low on calories, so I’m going to have a muffin that I just put in the oven. I might go for a run with my brother in a few minutes too. :)

IT is time.  

To get myself back into this. Classes are over for this semester, so I have no excuses. Yeah, I’m taking summer classes, but I calculated how many hours I have in a week. I have enough to get everything I need to get done, AND exercise 2 hours a day. NO EXCUSES.

I used to wear a women’s size 10 in everything and it would be a bit snug.  

Yesterday I went to Marshalls and tried on some clothes in that size, and they were way too big! 

That’s a good motivation, because I feel like I don’t look any different. But obviously, since people have been noticing and the fact that my clothes don’t fit right anymore, that’s not true. :)

Once spring semester is over, I’ll be back to regular health/fitness things being in my daily schedule.  

I can’t wait, I’m so frustrated with this semester. But I literally don’t have enough time in a day to do all of my school-required things and also work out most of the time. Which sucks.
